If you find an owner who desires controls on one building or multiple buildings to control lighting, scheduling, and so on. Trane can act as a subcontractor on your job to handle the controls installation. Furthermore, we can integrate multiple buildings together so the owner can view all of his buildings via the web. Also, Trane Intelligent Services can monitor the customers buildings and provide alerts via email and text using sensors. For example, an alert that indicates a dirty filter, fan failure, or compressor failure. Moreover, Trane Intelligent Services (TIS) can remotely fix programming errors within the controls system.
